Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an HR project manager to work remotely for an end client. The company currently has about 32000 employees. They have had a large amount of growth and are currently going through a few mergers. With that being said, they are in need of help creating standard job codes and job levels for all of their employees. This person will be responsible for pushing forward the companies Workforce Architecture Project. This HR PM will continue the mapping of the company's jobs into the WFA structure, work on integrating the structure into the HRIS system, and refine the structure based on feedback from internal and external business partners. They will have 2 analyst that will support him/her on collecting data and findings to then create detailed mapping elements in Excel workbooks. Information in these workbooks will include job codes, job titles, legacy and new levels, and other necessary data. This person will be communicating results, progress, and best practices to c-suite and other VP leaders within HR.
Required Skills & Experience
At least a Bachelor's Degree, or relative 5+ years of work experience
5+ years of project management experience relating to Human resources
Human Resources expertise: job codes, job levels, compensation, benefits, grading structures, job mapping, legacy and new levels, etc.
Experience utilizing an HRIS systems: Workday, UKG, ADP, SAP, etc.
Must be able to work collaboratively with internal leadership and consulting partners
Strong skills in Excel: formulas, v-lookups, pivot tables, etc.
Strong skills in PowerPoint
