Job Description
Our client is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee process waste systems supporting a large-scale advanced manufacturing project. This individual will own the execution of waste collection and treatment infrastructure from preconstruction planning through final turnover and startup.
Daily responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, reviewing drawings and technical documentation, managing RFIs and change orders, tracking schedule progress, and working closely with engineering and commissioning teams. This individual will be responsible for ensuring installation activities are completed safely, meet project specifications, and remain on schedule. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment while balancing technical problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and field execution.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience managing construction projects involving process waste, industrial wastewater, chemical waste, or environmental utility systems
Experience supporting full project lifecycle from design review through startup and turnover
Strong understanding of waste collection systems, treatment infrastructure, piping networks, and related utility construction
Experience leading subcontractors, coordinating field activities, and maintaining project schedules
Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, and construction management processes
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or advanced manufacturing construction experience
Familiarity with Bluebeam, Navisworks, BIM workflows, or Procore
Experience supporting commissioning and operational turnover activities
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil, Mechanical, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering
