Job Description
Our client is looking for a Construction Manager to oversee Ultra Pure Water systems supporting a large advanced manufacturing expansion. This individual will serve as the primary point of coordination for construction activities associated with water treatment, distribution, and related utility systems.
Responsibilities include reviewing designs for constructability, coordinating trades, managing project schedules, tracking field progress, resolving installation issues, and ensuring all work is completed according to quality and safety requirements. This individual will also support commissioning activities, turnover documentation, and system startup efforts as the facility progresses toward operational readiness. The ideal candidate brings both technical understanding and strong leadership skills to successfully manage a complex utility scope.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience supporting UPW, water treatment, industrial water, or high-purity fluid systems construction projects
Experience managing projects from design review through installation, startup, commissioning, and turnover
Strong understanding of high-purity piping systems, filtration systems, pumps, treatment equipment, and utilities infrastructure
Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, and construction schedules on large capital projects
Proficiency using Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, and project tracking tools
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Semiconductor fabrication facility experience
Experience with Bluebeam, Navisworks, BIM coordination, or Procore
Engineering or Construction Management degree
Experience supporting system performance testing and startup activities
