Insight Global seeking an experienced Professional Engineer to join their team as a Land Development Project Manager in the Boise market (Meridian, ID or Nampa, ID).
This is a strong opportunity for a seasoned civil engineering professional to lead complex land development projects, manage client relationships, and contribute to continued business growth within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
In this role, you will oversee all aspects of land development projects—including grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway design—while ensuring quality, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction. You’ll work closely with local and regional agencies, mentor junior staff, and leverage your market knowledge and relationships to support business development efforts.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
PE License for Idaho
8+ years of related experience within specific region in site design and permitting with notable experience managing clients and employees
Business Development/Network within region, highly preferred
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
Highly self-motivated self-starter, able to forecast and initiate project management tasks
