Insight Global is seeking a Fire Service Technician to support the inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of commercial fire alarm and life safety systems. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, delivering high‑quality service, resolving building system issues, and ensuring full system functionality and compliance.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years documented experience in low voltage electrical systems, including Fire/Life Safety systems, Access Control, Nurse Call, and Paging systems.
- Experience in working independently
- Comfortable and proficient with working with clients and client facing duties
- Low Voltage license/ electrician license
- High school diploma or equivalent

- NICET I and/ or NICET II
