• AS or BS Degree in Microbiology, Food Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in quality related role or system
• Experience in food quality
• Attention to detail and critical thinking skills
Salary for this position ranges between $50,000-$60,000 and is dependent on education and experience coming in with.

Insight Global is looking to hire a Quality Specialist for a client of ours in the Idaho Falls, ID area. Below are general responsibilities.
• Responsible for all quality related operations of the lab including but not limited to:
○ Keeping track of and maintaining equipment & lab instruments, lab certificates, maintenance checks/deadlines.
○ Consumable sterilization (media, pipe petting heads)
○ Certificates of analysis
○ Accreditation for the lab
○ Non conformances - Complete investigations (tracking, documentation, etc)
○ Communication with external vendors and internal quality team/leaders.
