Job Description

We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join a leading real estate firm in Boise, Idaho. You will be responsible for providing facility management services and addressing client concerns to ensure efficient service, quality resolution and customer satisfaction. You will create work orders and assign them to the designated staff, verify invoice pricing, process payments, and manage vendors to ensure completion of projects, and coordinate events. Required Skills & Experience

Experience in Famis 360 SRMM system
Polished communication style and excellent customer service skills.
2+ year of experience as a Facility Coordinator
Experience on Accounting Platform and WO systems such as Yardi, CNS, etc.
Experience with data entry, reporting, filing, and scheduling.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

BA in facilities management or related field.
Experience supporting a Tech client such as Google, Apple, Microsoft, etc.
