1. Administrative Support
Provides general administrative assistance to a variety of teams.
Manages meeting scheduling, calendar support, and meeting prep (agendas and minutes).
Offers document creation, distribution, and process tracking.
Performs front desk support and backup at multiple locations.
Maintains data entry and conducts general research.
2. Contract and Financial Support
Offers advanced contract management support, including software use and coordination with financial teams.
Tracks contract deadlines and provides assistance with purchase order requests.
Acts as a point of contact for contract-related inquiries.
Prepares, codes and tracks purchasing card transactions and receipts.
3. Procurement and Vendor Coordination
Supports procurement activities such as invoice processing, coding, and tracking.
Manages supply inventory and coordinates with vendors.
Prepares and supports specialized contract documentation.
4. Event and Logistics Support
Supports event planning, logistics, and coordination.
Facilitates communication with internal teams and external stakeholders (via email, phone, and in-person).
5. Records and Information Management
Participates in records management activities including cataloging, scanning, indexing, and filing.
Ensures records comply with city, state, and federal requirements.
Collaborates on records quality control and special management projects.
Pay rate: $20/hr
