We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to provide exceptional support for our ERP systems. The ideal candidate will assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to our ERP software, ensuring a smooth and efficient user experience
- Answer customer calls and triage tickets through the use of Service Now.
Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to assist customers with questions
related to system functionality.
Collaborate with finance, HR, payroll, WFM and agency subject matter experts
to identify agency support needs that support employee system proficiency and
confidence, process improvements, and system engagement.
Ensure the accuracy of cases and customer phone calls triaged.
Provide weekly status updates on your assigned work, projects, requests, and assignments to the Customer Support Manager
Pay rate: $22-$26/hr
