Insight Global is seeking an experienced Travel Coordinator to arrange, manage and coordinate all aspects of the Public Works department business travel. Coordinate employee transportation, lodging, car rental and develop itineraries. Adhere to policies and procedures for the city's employee travel program. Serves as a subject matter expert and liaison for the department, travel agencies and third-party travel software provider. Works under general supervision.

Have 1+ year of travel coordinator experience.
Be extremely detail oriented and great at multitasking travel advances, registration, hotel, airfare, approval processes, true-ups post-travel, confidentiality utilizing eSignatures, etc.
Some financial acumen, and Excel proficiency.
Able to regularly process and code all travel invoices.
High School Degree or GED.
Experience with travel software such as Concur and/or online reservation system.
Associate's degree in business or related field.
