Job Description: Reconciliation Specialist
Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Reconciliation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reconciling our system with another office's system, ensuring accuracy and consistency in financial records. This role requires a strong accounting background, proficiency in spreadsheets and pivot tables, and the ability to create comprehensive documentation for daily and monthly reconciliation processes.

Pay rate: $22-$26

Required Skills & Experience

Key Responsibilities:

Reconcile our financial system with another system to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Collaborate closely with the other team to resolve discrepancies and improve reconciliation processes.
Utilize spreadsheets and pivot tables to analyze and reconcile financial data.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation for daily and monthly reconciliation procedures.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and audits as needed.
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in accounting or financial reconciliation.
Proficiency in using spreadsheets and pivot tables for data analysis.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
