Analyze and process vendor bills and expense reports in a timely manner, ensuring appropriate approval authority, general ledger coding, and compliance with Sharpen policies and procedures
Identify, research and correct errors
Maintain up-to-date electronic vendor filing system, update vendor profiles, issue 1099's at year-end
Process semimonthly payroll
Respond to vendor and employee payment inquiries
Ensure employee payroll database is accurate and integrations are working properly
Assist other general accounting duties such as recording general ledger entries and reconciling accounts
Assist with annual audits and other internal/external project

Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Accounting or Finance
3-5 years of related accounting experience
Previous experience with Accounts Payable and/or Payroll preferred
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Excel
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
