A client of Insight Global is looking for a Benefits consultant to reduce leave administration processing time within the HR systems. The right candidate will need strong analytical and problem solving skills. The role will consist of mapping workflows, identifying opportunities for improvements and skill development. Other responsibilities include shadowing and coaching the current leave administration lead and the 2 leave specialists. Conducting audits and reports to assess where things currently stand and then optimize workflows for long term efficiency improvements, leverage technology and automation to enable quicker processes and efficiency.
