We are looking for a Financial Account Manager to a local client in Boise. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of financial concepts and processes. We will provide training on specific processes to help answer basic process/issue questions. In time, we will increase your knowledge to help solve more in-depth questions up to an intermediate level financial process knowledge with our new system. You will be responsible for driving communication to the agency and coordinating activity with the client to ensure the agency issues are prioritized and answers provided by the core internal support teams. This person will be responsible for a number of agencies to ensure they are getting the service expected.
* 3+ years of customer success/account manager experience
* Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
* Basic understanding of financial concepts and processes.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
