Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Business Unit Finance Manager to oversee comprehensive financial support by collaborating with the Business Unit President to execute on this business units strategy. This manager will be responsible for communicating results across the organization and ensuring consistent reporting by working with other Finance Managers and shared services FP&A support.



-Responsible for all aspects of financial planning, reporting and analysis for the business unit being supported

-Communicate financial results for the business unit to stakeholders within the business unit as well as to Executive Leadership during monthly business reviews

-Monitor financial results and KPI's including leading indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and shifts within the business

-Provide recommendations to business unit President

-Submit reporting for business unit and Senior Leadership to highlight performance versus budget/forecast, prior year and trends over time

-Develop annual plan and regular forecasts for business unit which will include working with commercial and operational leaders to assess sales trends across products and channels

-Build financial support for new product / projects being contemplated within the business unit

-Develop bridges to explain variances between plan and prior year financial results for the business unit

-Perform deep-dive assessments of both customers and products and develop recommendations based upon findings

-Other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics

- At least 6-8 years of relevant work experience

- Proficiency in financial planning

- Familiarity with platform functionalities such as ERP, CRM, PIM, and WMS

- Proven track record in creating annual financial plans and conducting variance analysis
