* This resource will come on to train the current billing analyst / revenue & payment specialist, who is junior, to be able to perform at a more senior level by the end of their 6-month contract.
* Manage the Accounts Receivable process including contract intake, invoice review, new customer onboarding, and collections
* Manage the Account Payable process
* Work alongside the sales and product development teams
* Work with tax department at customer intake to determine appropriate sales tax treatment
* Provide weekly forecast of cash collections, and resolution status of past due accounts
* Interpret and review contracts to track and apply appropriate billing
* Develop, implement, and maintain processes and procedures relating to Accounts Receivable
* Initiate and collaborate to drive process improvements for efficiency, quality, and/or compliance
* Proactively identify work automation opportunities to ensure scalability
* Serve as contact for the Company's external auditors and consultants to ensure compliance with accounting standards and Company policies
* Effectively manage and motivate a growing team, including job performance factors such as quality, efficiency, and teamwork to foster cooperation and improvement
* 4+ years of experience with SOLID AR/AP management
*Experience working at a SaaS company
* Experience with contract management
o Ex: reviewing contracts, line-item revenue recognition
* Experience with bill reconciliation and cash application
* Experience with a large volume of contracts
* Experience with Salesforce
* Experience with ASC 606
* Deep understanding of revenue recognition
* Comfortable asking questions, able to multi-task
* Strong multitasking skills
* Detailed oriented
