As a Sr. Full Stack Developer, you play a critical role in ensuring our teams build and deliver quality software to service our client's and partner's needs. You will work in a team environment, directly contributing to our software while also helping others in your team succeed. To be successful in this role, you will have to:
Work closely with the business to enhance and improve our custom-built business systems
Build new web applications to support our internal business customers and our external customers
Develop and design APIs
Stay current on trending development technologies and offer ideas for improvement to systems
Work with our IT security team to ensure applications are being built with best practices relative to cyber threats
Perform coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the application development process
Partner with the database team on data needs
Build third-party integrations with external software providers
Engage in the entire SDLC including daily stand-ups, story grooming, release processes and retrospectives
Participate in a collaborative, productive culture around product-focused goals
Design and document the architecture of the software systems
Provide input and guidance on complex technical matters
Provide mentorship and guidance to other software developers
Perform peer code and architectural reviews
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information System, or a related field, or equivalent experience
A minimum of 8 years' experience working on full stack software development
Professional experience with the following is required:
.Net
C#
JavaScript frameworks
Strong ability to write custom queries utilizing TSQL for both DDL and DML statements
Self-motivated and able to deal with ambiguity, and manage multiple project deliverables and deadlines
Ability to explain complicated or technical information to non-technical audiences
Adapt well to change and problem solve quickly and smoothly
