This is an excellent opportunity for a systems-minded professional who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex GTM challenges, and wants to have a direct impact on company growth through automation and innovation.

Responsibilities:
- Build and deploy GTM automations using Claude Code and workflow platforms

- Build signal-to-action workflows that surface actionable insights for sales teams
- Support ABM and paid media initiatives
- Manage audience targeting and suppression workflows across marketing channels
- Connect engagement data from ad platforms to pipeline and revenue outcomes
- Improve inbound lead capture, routing, and speed-to-lead processes
- Scale content creation, SEO, and AI search visibility efforts
- Partner with marketing, sales, and operations stakeholders to drive adoption of new systems
- Continuously optimize GTM processes for efficiency and revenue growth
