Role Overview
We are seeking a Concrete Quality Manager with a Professional Engineer (PE) license to oversee quality assurance for the concrete portion of a major infrastructure project. This short-term consulting engagement focuses on ensuring compliance with specifications and industry standards for cement and concrete work, including water tower construction.
Key Responsibilities
Review and approve concrete mix designs, testing protocols, and inspection reports.
Ensure adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and inspectors to resolve quality issues promptly.
Provide technical expertise on cement applications and structural integrity.

Qualifications
Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
Proven experience in concrete and cement quality management.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
