Job Description

Insight Global is hiring V-22 Osprey Modification Technicians at Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii. Candidates must have hands-on experience in V-22 aircraft maintenance, with expertise in either Electrical/Avionics or Airframes systems. Familiarity with standard maintenance practices, including FOD control, tool accountability, and safety protocols, is essential. This role will perform assembly, disassembly, repairs, and modifications on V-22 components and systems. They'll conduct functional and diagnostic testing, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and ensure all work meets serviceability and compliance standards. They will also document repairs, inspections, and modifications accurately, and assist engineering in resolving discrepancies.

Required Skills & Experience

Secret Clearance

2 years of experience with V-22 Osprey Maintenance/Modification

Must be knowledgeable in aspects of V-22 aircraft maintenance, modification and repair to include skill and experience in either Electrical and Avionics or Airframes system subject areas.

General aircraft maintenance and environment processes (FOD control, tool control, health & safety)

Must be willing and able (on potentially short-notice) to deploy/travel to a variety of locations (domestic)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Military background

FAA Airframe and Powerplant License preferred

Quality Assurance experience

Extensive Depot-level modification experience
