Job Description

As an Air Defense Strategist, youll support a USARPAC initiative to bolster Pacific Theater Air Defense Strategies among CONUS and OCONUS areas of operation. Your expertise will help support military readiness and threat mitigation in the Pacific Theater by implementing Air Defense capabilities for manned and unmanned threats across the pacific theater. Youll assist in acquiring new equipment and integrating strategy to brigade level groups and support local planning groups to ensure future threat protection strategy.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience supporting Theater Level Air
Defense or Theater Fires Element withing Army or Air Force
Experience with Air Defense Strategies and Capabilities
Experience with Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP),
Army Design Methodology (ADM) or Joint Planning Process
(JPP)
Experience with C-UAS or unmanned aerial systems
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
Bachelors degree required, Masters is a plus

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience procuring air defense capabilities across near-
and long-term timeframes
Experience working with Ally Nations implementing U.S. air
defense capabilities
