Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial-minded Plant Manager to lead our cutting-edge solar cell manufacturing facility within our fast-paced renewable energy start-up. As the Plant Manager, you will be instrumental in setting up and managing the plant, developing manufacturing processes, and driving production to meet our ambitious growth targets. This role requires a hands-on leader with a start-up mindset, capable of building and leading a high-performing team while ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

* Proven experience in a technology manufacturing environment with exposure to high temperature and wet chemistry processes that utilize some degree of hazardous chemicals and gasses

* 5+ years of experience as the Manager, Assistant Manager, or Leader of a Manufacturing facility with a workforce greater than 150 while operating in a 24/7 environment and helping oversee all 3 shifts

* Experience working in the Semi-Conductor/Solar Cell Manufacturing /Renewable Energy/Acids&Gases space

* Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve common goals.

* Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols in the renewable energy domain.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

* ERP and MES System experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

*Master's degree

*Strong knowledge of solar cell manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control measures

*Proven experience in a start-up, fast-growing, early-stage company

* Proven participation in new factory construction and expansion

* Experience with Oracle ERP
