* Technical, but business-centric (not just a technical expert, but an enabler to support business and guide the executive team on direction)
* Can forge a relationship with SAAS provider; ask the right questions, generate the right reports.
* Knowledge of AWS cloud
* Proficient with security, risk management needs
* Comfortability with handling lower-level IT issues should they arise
* Knowledge of Arrowstream or RSi software
