About the Role
The BPO Site Manager runs Insight Global's onshore annotation cell in Atlanta, owning site operations, throughput, and the Calder relationship for the cell. You will stand up and scale a high-quality annotation and QA operation trained across all three capture modalities.
Responsibilities
Run day-to-day site operations; own throughput against plan
Own hiring, retention, and facility operations for the cell
Serve as SPOC to the Operational PM and escalation path into the program
Partner with QA Leads on calibration, Kappa trending, and gold-standard audits
Coordinate cross-modality training (iPhone, CalderRig, Egocentric) with Calder

Required Skills & Experience
-3+ years managing operations, BPO, or delivery teams
-Experience owning site-level throughput, hiring, and quality
-Strong stakeholder-management and reporting skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Experience in data annotation, QA, or data-operations environments
-Experience standing up or scaling a delivery site/cell
