Job Description
Design and modify control logic based on customer specifications, SAMA diagrams, ladder logic, and existing control system code.
Support engineering development, testing, and implementation of control system modifications.
Perform plant integration activities, loop checks, and commissioning of control systems and instrumentation.
Conduct plant performance studies related to:
Startup optimization
Heat rate optimization
Startup sequencing
Alarm reduction
Operator intervention reduction
Manage and document software and control system changes.
Interface directly with customers, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Support HRSG bypass station controls, steam attemperator controls, and major 4160V equipment controls.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related discipline OR 10+ years of relevant power generation experience.
Strong knowledge of:
Boiler Controls
HRSG (Heat Recovery Steam Generator) Controls
Experience in power generation facilities, combined cycle plants, fossil plants, or industrial process control environments.
Experience with commissioning, loop checks, startup support, and plant controls troubleshooting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with customers and engineering teams
