Job Description

We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner Director for a mission-driven women's healthcare nonprofit in Roswell and Decatur, GA. This role will provide patient care while leading nursing operations across two clinic locations.
Job Logistics
• Schedule: 30-40 hours weekly
• Location: Roswell & Decatur, GA
• Travel: Between clinic locations
• Placement Type: Direct Hire
• Work Model: Onsite
Day to Day
• Provide direct patient care
• Lead nursing staff and scheduling
• Perform chart reviews and quality oversight
• Support accreditation and compliance efforts
• Manage policies and procedures
• Collaborate with social services and patient care teams
• Support service line development
• Maintain clinical documentation standards

Compensation: $140k - $155k. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
