Job Description
• Support and maintain the hospital's internal and external SharePoint environments
• Perform website updates, enhancements, and content management activities
• Design and develop custom SharePoint pages, sites, lists, libraries, and web parts
• Build and maintain workflow applications using Power Apps and related Microsoft tools
• Collaborate with hospital stakeholders to implement new functionality and process improvements
• Troubleshoot SharePoint and workflow-related issues
• Ensure platform stability, usability, and adherence to organizational standards

Required Skills & Experience
• 5–7 years of SharePoint development experience
• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Apps
• SharePoint Certification required
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience creating custom forms, workflows, and automated business processes
Strong understanding of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 ecosystem
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Healthcare industry experience
• Experience with Power Automate
• Experience supporting enterprise-level SharePoint environments
Knowledge of SharePoint governance and security best practices
