Job Description
Monitor, investigate, and respond to security alerts, incidents, and potential threats.
Perform security event analysis and escalate critical incidents as needed.
Conduct phishing investigations, email threat analysis, and user awareness support.
Support vulnerability management activities, including identification, remediation tracking, and reporting.
Utilize KACE for endpoint management, asset tracking, patch management, and system administration tasks.
Analyze logs and security events from SIEM, endpoint protection, email security, and network security platforms.
Assist with security audits, risk assessments, and compliance initiatives.
Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and application teams to remediate security findings.
Develop and maintain security documentation, incident reports, and process improvement recommendations.
Participate in after-hours incident response activities when required.

Required Skills & Experience
3–5 years of experience in Information Security, Cybersecurity, or Security Operations.
Experience working in a SOC (Security Operations Center) environment.
Strong understanding of:
Security incident response
Threat detection and analysis
Vulnerability management
Endpoint security
Network security fundamentals
Security certifications such as:
Security+
CySA+
SSCP
GSEC
CISSP (Associate or full certification)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Healthcare industry experience
Experience with Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, CrowdStrike, Tenable, Rapid7, or similar security platforms.
Familiarity with NIST, CIS Controls, HIPAA Security Rule, and cybersecurity best practices.
Experience using KACE for endpoint or systems management.
