A partner of Insight Global is looking for an experienced Quality Engineer to help build and mature a world-class Quality Management System while driving manufacturing excellence across the organization.
This role is ideal for an engineer who is equally comfortable on the manufacturing floor solving process issues and in the conference room developing quality systems, procedures, and business processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening our Quality Management System (QMS), supporting enterprise-wide digital quality initiatives, improving manufacturing performance, and preparing the organization for continued ISO 9001 certification success.
This individual will partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, R&D, Maintenance, and Leadership to establish sustainable quality processes that improve product quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Quality Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of Quality Engineering and/or Quality Systems experience in manufacturing.
• Demonstrated experience building, implementing, or significantly improving a Quality Management System.
• Hands-on experience implementing or administering an Enterprise Quality Management System (eQMS) such as Intellect, ETQ Reliance, MasterControl, Q-Pulse, Intelex, TrackWise, Arena, Veeva, Greenlight Guru, or similar.
• Experience writing and maintaining policies, procedures, work instructions, SOPs, process maps, and quality documentation.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001 requirements with experience participating in or leading successful certification or surveillance audits.
• Knowledge of CAPA, Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SPC, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with inspection methods, measurement systems, and statistical analysis software.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• ASQ CQE, CQA, or CMQ/OE certification.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
• Experience in photovoltaic, semiconductor, electronics, automotive, or other high-volume manufacturing.
• Experience leading enterprise process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
• Working knowledge of ERP and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
