Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Project Manager to support two major restaurant technology initiatives focused on vendor selection, requirements gathering, and implementation planning. This individual will partner with business and technology stakeholders to define requirements, document user stories, evaluate vendor proposals, and support RFP processes for large-scale technology deployments.
Responsibilities:
Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements
Create user stories, process flows, and functional documentation
Facilitate stakeholder meetings and requirements workshops
Support RFP processes, vendor evaluations, and solution selection
Define use cases and help identify business priorities and must-have requirements
Track action items, risks, and project milestones across multiple workstreams
Partner with business leaders, technology teams, and external vendors to drive alignment
Projects
POS modernization initiative, including selection of implementation and hardware partners for a large-scale Oracle Simphony rollout
Vendor selection for digital menu boards, drive-thru technology, headsets, speaker systems, and related restaurant technologies.
Compensation:
$50/hr to $60/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of Business Analyst, Project Manager, or hybrid BA/PM experience
Strong experience gathering requirements and writing user stories
Experience supporting vendor evaluations, RFPs, or technology selection initiatives
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Restaurant, QSR, retail, or hospitality industry experience
Experience with POS systems, restaurant hardware, or technology implementations
Experience coordinating with third-party vendors and implementation partners
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product delivery practices
