Job Description

● Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience demonstrated
through a combination of professional marketing work, military experience, or specialized training.
● Marketing Operations Background: Proven experience working in agency and/or client-side
marketing, with a heavy emphasis on campaign execution, operations, or CRM environments.
● Asset & Link Tracking Familiarity: Direct experience or a strong understanding of handling
digital marketing components like deeplinks, vanity URLs, TFNs, and tracking codes.
● Stakeholder Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work alongside and manage deliverables
across cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
● Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills and self-motivation, with a proven ability to
balance multiple tactical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
● Slide Creation & Google Suite: Proficiency in Google Suite, with a specific, demonstrated talent
for building crisp, executive-level presentation slides that synthesize operational work.

Required Skills & Experience

● Campaign Component Management: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of critical marketing
components; efficiently request, track, and communicate the status of deeplinks, TFNs, Bitly links,
chat links and tracking assets to relevant stakeholders.
● Cross-Functional Orchestration: Act as the central operational bridge, working fluidly with
various teams across the organization to gather requirements and deploy campaign assets.
● Task Prioritization: Manage multiple operational workflows simultaneously, ensuring all tracking
assets are delivered on time under strict deadlines.
● Calendar & Code Governance: Maintain, update, and manage the master team campaign
calendar and the CMP code list to ensure total alignment and data integrity across all active
programs.
● Campaign Development Testing: Collaborate directly with the Program Manager to participate
in hands-on campaign testing, verifying that all tracking links and codes function perfectly prior to
launch.
● Executive Visibility Design: Create high-quality, visually compelling executive-level slides on an
as-needed basis to showcase the team's output, operational successes, and campaign readiness
to leadership.
