Key Responsibilities
• Lead business requirements gathering sessions with cross-functional stakeholders
• Document business, functional, and process requirements
• Create and maintain process maps, workflows, and current/future-state documentation
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and decision-making sessions
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting
• Ensure project documentation is accurate, organized, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies and proactively drive resolution
• Partner with project managers, operational teams, and business leaders to ensure successful project execution
• Support enterprise integration and transformation initiatives across operations-focused portfolios
About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly engaged Business Analyst to support critical Operations integration initiatives, including Client Care/Contact Center Integration and Deposit Operations Integration efforts. This individual will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and project teams, helping drive requirements gathering, process improvements, testing efforts, and project execution throughout a large-scale integration environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a BA who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership of deliverables, and can confidently facilitate discussions with stakeholders across multiple workstreams.

Required Skills & Experience
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in complex enterprise environments
• Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements
• Process mapping and workflow documentation expertise
• Experience leading or coordinating UAT and test management activities
• Exceptional stakeholder management and meeting facilitation skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to quickly learn new systems, business processes, and organizational structures
• Self-starter mentality with a strong sense of urgency and accountability

Preferred Qualifications
• Contact Center experience, including exposure to:
○ Five9
○ Genesys
○ Salesforce
○ CCaaS platforms
• Deposit Operations experience
• Merger, acquisition, or enterprise integration project experience
• Jira experience
• Financial Services or Banking industry background
