Job Description
Our client is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support high-priority business initiatives through data-driven insights and analysis. This individual will be responsible for extracting and analyzing data from multiple systems using complex SQL queries, building enterprise data models, and developing impactful BI reporting solutions. The role will partner closely with business stakeholders to identify new analytical opportunities, translate data into actionable business recommendations, and provide regular updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Provide data-driven analysis and insights to support business decisions across claims, sales, and other functional areas.
- Partner with data engineers to design and enhance ETL processes that consolidate data from multiple systems into centralized data models.
- Develop and maintain enterprise-wide reporting solutions using Power BI and other BI tools.
- Build scalable reporting infrastructure to efficiently deliver insights to external clients.
Salary range: $100,000.0-115,000.0 USD

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
Master’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python. Including writing SQL queries.
- Experience with Visualizations - Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- AI/ML experience preferred
- Customer facing experience - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
