The program has been underway for about six months and is expected to continue for another year.
A consulting firm has been supporting the effort, but their engagement ends in July. Inspire needs a part-time Program Manager to assume ownership of the HR workstream and maintain execution across active restaurant sale transactions.

Pay Rate: $60-65/HR

The consultant will:
• Manage the HR workstream across 5–10 active restaurant sale transactions simultaneously
• Coordinate with HR leaders, buyers, franchisees, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Keep over 100+ tasks per deal on track
• Facilitate meetings, provide status updates, track risks/issues, and drive accountability
• Support employee communications, payroll transitions, benefits changes, severance activities, and position eliminations
• Partner with leadership teams and various deal subcommittees throughout each transaction
• Ensure all HR-related deliverables are completed on schedule

Required Experience
Must have:
• Strong Program Management experience
• Experience coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams and deadlines
• Strong meeting facilitation, documentation, follow-up, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
