Job Description

Overview
Seeking a hands-on Lead AV Technician to support large-scale commercial AV installations. This role will lead field installation efforts, coordinate with project teams, and ensure high-quality execution on active construction sites. Installation will be the primary focus, with potential growth into a superintendent-level role.

Responsibilities
• Lead AV installation activities on commercial projects.
• Install, test, and troubleshoot audio visual systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and field teams.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
• Provide guidance and support to junior technicians.

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications
• 10+ years of commercial AV installation experience.
• 2–3+ years of experience leading crews or serving as a Lead AV Technician.
• Strong knowledge of AV systems, installation methods, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience working on commercial construction projects.
• CTS-I certification preferred.
