Job Description
Our client is seeking a Category Manager to join their Indirect Procurement team and lead sourcing initiatives across multiple manufacturing plants and distribution centers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing sourcing strategies, negotiating supplier agreements, managing multiple spend categories, and partnering with stakeholders across the business to drive value and cost savings.
The right candidate will have experience managing indirect spend categories in a complex, multi-location environment and be comfortable balancing strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiations, and data-driven decision-making. Manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred.
pay rate for this role is 68.98/hr

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance or related field
• 3+ years’ experience leading strategic sourcing initiatives with expertise in influencing business strategy, supplier relations, and category leadership.
