Job Description
Manage multiple IT projects from initiation through implementation and post-launch support.
Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and refine project requirements.
Coordinate with technical teams, including developers, analysts, infrastructure, and support personnel, to ensure project objectives are met.
Track project schedules, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
Support system enhancement, integration, and process improvement initiatives.
Work closely with teams utilizing SAP and enterprise ticketing systems to manage requests and project workflows.
Collaborate with EDI teams and business partners on data exchange, integration, or process-related initiatives when applicable.
Ensure project documentation, requirements, and change management activities are completed and maintained.
Identify and proactively resolve project issues and roadblocks.
base salary 110-115K depending on years of experience.

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience managing IT projects in a corporate environment.
Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional IT teams and business stakeholders.
Experience using SAP in a project, support, or implementation environment.
Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms.
Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet project deadlines.
