Insight Global is seeking a Developer, Data Analytics (Contractor) for a leading financial services client. This candidate will be responsible for building and optimizing data pipelines, analyzing complex datasets, and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders. The ideal individual has strong technical skills in data development and analytics, along with the ability to collaborate across teams to support data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Experience
Must-Haves:
• Experience in data analytics or data development
• Strong programming skills (SQL, Python, or similar)
• Experience working with large datasets and data pipelines
• Ability to translate business requirements into data solutions
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Plusses:
• Experience in financial services or trading environments
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
Familiarity with ETL tools and data warehousing concepts
