Job Description

As a Strategic Sourcing Manager (SSM), you will serve as a trusted advisor to our business units, managing the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle. You will act as an extension of the business units you support, driving value through data-driven insights and strategic supplier management across categories including Engineering/IT Services, Consulting & BPO.

Contract Negotiation: Own the commercial negotiation of MSAs, MSOWs, and SOWs. Partner with Legal, Risk, and InfoSec to ensure favorable terms and enterprise protection.
Business Advisory: Build strong stakeholder relationships to influence workforce and sourcing strategies. Use spend data and market intelligence to provide actionable recommendations.
Sourcing Strategy: Implement category strategies that prioritize strategic suppliers while rationalizing non-strategic or "tail" suppliers.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Provide periodic data sets (spend trends, blended rates, onshore/offshore mix) to business stakeholders to support strategic decision-making and cost-reduction initiatives.
Supplier Relationship Management (SRM): Maximize supplier performance through defined governance models (MBRs/QBRs), KPI tracking, and driving innovation.
Contract Lifecycle Management: Maintain contract compliance, monitor utilization, and manage renewals or exits proactively.
Risk & Compliance: Enforce procurement policies, ensure proper service classification, and mitigate legal and reputational risks.
Continuous Improvement: Identify process inefficiencies, pilot new templates, and contribute to the evolution of our sourcing playbooks.
