Key Responsibilities
Partner with Treasury, Risk, and Deposit Product teams to gather and document business requirements
Analyze cash flow, liquidity positions, and deposit product data to support reporting and decision-making
Translate business needs into functional specifications, data requirements, and system enhancements
Support liquidity reporting and regulatory initiatives (e.g., internal and external reporting frameworks)
Identify and drive process improvements across deposit and liquidity workflows
Collaborate with technology teams through SDLC lifecycle (requirements, UAT, implementation)
Ensure solutions align with risk, compliance, and regulatory expectations in a banking environment
Overview
We are seeking a Liquidity Business Analyst with strong experience across commercial deposit products and liquidity management to support treasury, risk, and technology initiatives. This individual will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping define, enhance, and deliver solutions related to liquidity reporting, cash management, and deposit product operations.

Required Skills & Experience
Required Experience
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking/financial services, preferably within treasury or liquidity domains
Strong understanding of deposit and liquidity products, including:
Commercial DDA (Demand Deposit Accounts) – core operating accounts with real-time access to funds
DACA (Deposit Account Control Agreements) – accounts used in commercial lending where lenders may have control rights
Sweep Accounts / Liquidity Sweeps – automated movement of funds to optimize liquidity positioning
IntraFi products (highly preferred)
CDARS (Certificate of Deposit Account Registry Service)
ICS (Insured Cash Sweep) – distributes deposits across multiple banks to maintain FDIC coverage
Exposure to Imaging / document management systems in deposit operations is a plus
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with commercial banking clients or deposit platforms
Knowledge of liquidity risk concepts (cash forecasting, funding strategies, balance sheet impacts)
Strong data skills
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and liquidity reporting
Excellent stakeholder communication and ability to work across business & IT teams
