Job Description

The Senior Product & Compliance Analyst who will join our growing team works best as a member of a team and enjoys being innovative while working in a structured environment. They are laser focused on attention to detail. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working alongside senior leaders, all other business units and importantly legal and marketing. In this role, you will lead various initiatives to maintain our existing product lines and help to ensure our products meet regulatory standards and client needs. You will have the opportunity to use your already developed skills in product management, compliance and innovation, and be part of a dynamic team that influences key business decisions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience
• 5–7+ years of experience in automotive F&I, insurance, product management, or compliance
• Hands-on experience with regulatory compliance (federal/state) and lender requirements
• Experience supporting product development, enhancements, and lifecycle management
• Ability to interpret regulations and apply them to product/process design
• Strong cross-functional collaboration experience (legal, finance, marketing, operations)
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills (written + verbal) with ability to present to stakeholders

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Direct experience with automotive F&I products (service contracts, GAP, warranties, etc.)
• Experience with regulatory filings and lender submissions
• Exposure to trade associations or industry regulatory groups
• Background supporting compliance training programs or materials
• Experience conducting competitive analysis (pricing, coverage, product positioning)
• Prior experience mentoring or providing oversight to junior analysts
Experience working with internal tracking tools or compliance systems
