Job Description
Insight Global is looking to hire an Office Administrator / Billing Coordinator in Atlanta, GA. This person will support a small office team and focus heavily on invoicing, billing follow-up, and general back-office administration. They will be responsible for sending invoices, calling to check invoice statuses, paying company bills, managing a shared email inbox, responding to messages from an answering service, and handling office-related tasks such as data entry, office supplies, and facilities support. This person will also assist with sending out estimates, requesting COIs and W9s, and uploading company payment or ACH details. This is a quiet office environment with a high level of independent work and long-term potential to grow into leadership as the organization grows. Compensation for this role is $21-25/hr.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in office administration, billing, invoicing, or bookkeeping support
- Experience handling data entry, paying bills, and supporting general back-office functions
- Experience supporting a construction or trades-based business or company <30 employees
- Proven longevity in previous roles
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Bilingual in Spanish & English
- Experience with ServiceFusion
- Experience requesting and tracking COIs, W9s, or ACH/payment setup documentation
