Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition Lead to support early talent and strategic hiring initiatives for our delivery center in Hyderabad, India. This role will manage the end-to-end recruitment process and campus strategy with a strong emphasis on hiring of freshers across IT, Solutions, and Delivery functions. In addition to that they will also support hiring mid-senior level technical talent as well as Recruiting and Sales professionals at various levels. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of executional excellence and strategic thinking, helping to scale hiring programs for surge hiring, GCC recruitment, and or RPO. This is a high-impact opportunity to play a key role in building foundational talent pipelines and shaping how we attract and hire early-career talent in India. RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead end-to-end recruitment across priority hiring needs for the Hyderabad delivery center, ensuring strong alignment to business demand, hiring quality, and speed across technical, delivery, and business-support roles. Lead end-to-end campus hiring strategy, branding, and other initiatives focused on fresh graduates across IT, Solutions, and Delivery roles.
Serve as a strategic talent acquisition partner to leaders across India and the US by aligning on hiring priorities, calibrating expectations, and ensuring a consistent, collaborative approach across teams and stakeholders.
Build, execute, and continuously improve scalable campus recruiting strategies aligned to business growth.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with career centers, faculty, and student organizations across target universities in India.
Organize and lead on-campus and virtual recruitment events such as career fairs, walk in drives, information sessions, hackathons, and branding initiatives.
Strengthen Insight Global’s employer brand and market reputation by representing the company effectively in the talent market, creating positive candidate impressions, and contributing to initiatives that enhance visibility and credibility externally.
Bring ideas, market insight, and strategic recommendations to every phase of the hiring process—from intake and sourcing strategy through interviews, offers, and conversion—so the function continues to improve and evolve.
Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to forecast hiring needs and align on talent strategy.
Build and strengthen interview process governance by helping define clear recruiting workflows, interviewer expectations, assessment standards, feedback quality, and decision-making consistency across the hiring lifecycle. Provide market insights, talent trends, and data-driven recommendations to support hiring decisions.
Track and report on key recruiting metrics (time-to-hire, conversion rates, campus ROI, etc.).
Assist in conversion, retention, and workforce planning initiatives aligned with company objectives.

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including significant ownership of mid to senior-level hiring in India, ideally within high-growth or services-focused organizations. Experience hiring across technical (IT), Solutions, or Delivery-based roles, in addition to Sales/Recruiting roles preferred.
Proven success in building and executing campus recruitment strategies at scale.
Proven experience operating as a lead or senior recruiter who can both execute and guide hiring processes, influence stakeholders, and elevate how the organization attracts and selects talent. Strong track record of high activity, strong metrics, and operational excellence.
Experience enhancing employer brand and talent market reputation by representing the company externally, shaping candidate messaging, and supporting or leading branding initiatives and events.
Creative, solutions-oriented mindset with a history of bringing new ideas, tools, and approaches to sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and conversion across the entire hiring lifecycle.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
Self-motivated with strong organizational and project management abilities.
Willingness to travel for campus engagement events as needed.
Demonstrates high character, grit, and a positive, team-oriented mindset.
