Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join an established building materials company in Johns Creek, GA. This role will be direct hire and require candidates to report onsite 3 days a week (Tuesday-Thursday). The ideal candidate will have experience directly supporting full sales cycles and have hands on upselling experience. It is a conduit of communication between all parties involved in the sales process within the commercial and residential divisions. The sales representative will create demand for the company's products through the effective use of lead follow-up, up-selling, competitive pricing and superior customer service that meets each customer’s unique set of project requirements. This role can compensate $50-65k + bonus, depending on experience.

Required Skills & Experience
• 1 - 3 years of proven sales experience in building materials or manufactured products.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce preferred).
• Experienced with lead processing and lead distribution
Ability to travel 10% - 15%.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Understanding of the architectural specification process with demonstrated experience in promoting to architects, designers and specifiers for sales
• Understanding of building products sales channels and typical flow of products through distribution
• Bachelor Degree
