Job Description
The Sr. EDI Analyst is responsible for executing and overseeing end-to-end implementation including testing and validation of electronic data interchange (EDI) transactions across the organizations trading partner ecosystem. This role ensures accurate processing of inbound and outbound documents by validating master data, system configurations, and transaction flows in SAP and Route Accounting systems. The Senior Analyst collaborates with internal teams, trading partners, and vendors to resolve issues, lead certification testing, and confirm readiness for production deployment. Acting as a subject matter expert for EDI testing, this position drives quality assurance, supports onboarding initiatives, and contributes to continuous improvement of integration processes.

Required Skills & Experience
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with EDI standards and transaction testing.
• 5+ years of experience working with SAP IDocs and/or distributor systems (eoStar, VIP, etc.).
• 3+ years of experience in an analyst/tester role managing end-to-end EDI testing cycles, including onboarding and certification.
• Coming from a retail background
• Prior experience documenting test cases, regression scenarios, and coordinating defect resolution with vendors and partners.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business.
• EDI or SAP certification/training is a plus
