Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Manhattan Consultant to support enterprise warehouse and supply chain initiatives. This individual will serve as the functional and technical expert, partnering with business stakeholders, IT teams, and operations leaders to design, implement, and optimize warehouse solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who has deep hands-on experience with Manhattan WMS and can operate at both a strategic and execution level—especially in large, complex distribution environments.

Required Skills & Experience

-5–10+ years of experience working with Manhattan Associates WMS
-Hands-on experience with configurations, workflows, and system enhancements
-Strong understanding of warehouse operations & distribution processes
-Experience supporting large-scale WMS implementations or transformations
-Ability to translate business needs into technical/functional solutions
-Excellent communication skills—able to interact with both operations and IT stakeholders

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Experience in 3PL, logistics, or high-volume distribution environments
-Exposure to automation, robotics, or warehouse control systems (WCS)
-Familiarity with data/analytics tools (e.g., reporting layers, dashboards)
-Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models
-Prior consulting or client-facing experience
