Job Description

• Lead and manage Cerner/EHR-related projects across the organization
• Partner with clinical, IT, and operational stakeholders to drive project execution
• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and risk mitigation efforts
• Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and project success
• Apply both Agile and traditional PM methodologies depending on project needs
• Support integration initiatives tied to Oracle/Cerner systems
Ensure projects are delivered with a strong focus on user adoption and stakeholder engagement

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager within Oracle/Cerner EHR environments
• Strong technical foundation (ideally with Integration Architect exposure)
• PMP Certification required
• Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall (traditional) methodologies
• Proven ability to manage complex healthcare IT/EHR projects
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (projects are highly people-driven)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Prior experience specifically within a health system or hospital environment (ideally similar to SGHS)
• Lean Six Sigma, or Green Belt strongly preferred
• Background as an Integration Architect or technically hands-on resource before PM
Experience navigating enterprise-level PMO environments
