Job Description
A client of Insight Global is urgently seeking a BCBA to support a growing center-based ABA program serving children with autism. They are open to multiple engagement types and are prioritizing speed and long-term fit. Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical oversight, supervision, and direct ABA services within a center-based setting
Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor patient progress
Supervise RBTs/behavior techs and ensure quality of care and program fidelity
Support parent training (some sessions may be conducted virtually)
Manage a caseload of ~20–25 pediatric patients across ASD levels 1–3
Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to deliver well-rounded, individualized care

Required Skills & Experience
Active BCBA certification (or newly credentialed candidates open for consideration)
Strong understanding of ABA principles and autism spectrum disorder treatment
Interest or experience working with pediatric populations (ages ~3–19)
Ability to work onsite in Buford, GA
Comfortable providing both supervision and direct services
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Interest in innovative/non-traditional ABA approaches (life skills, academics, play-based models, neurofeedback, etc.)
Desire to grow within a scaling organization
Interest in leadership and mentorship opportunities
