Job Description

You will be the first AI Builder embedded in the IT SP&E Spoke of the AI CoE. Your mandate is to design, ship, and operate production-grade autonomous agents — starting with the transformation of IT Quality Assurance and expanding into an internal Agent Factory that delivers agents across our 8 verticals.
This is a greenfield mandate. You will set the patterns the rest of the company inherits.

Compensation:
$30/hr to $35/hr

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years building production software in Python or TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks: Claude Code, Claude API, LangGraph, or equivalent.
• GitHub-native development workflow: Actions, branching, CI/CD, PR-driven delivery.
• MCP server design or comparable tool/integration architecture experience.
• LLM evaluation and observability: eval suites, tracing, regression detection in production.
• Strong SQL and data fluency.
• Fluent professional English (written and verbal).

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Familiarity with test automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, Functionize, Tricentis) as context, not as primary expertise. We are not hiring a test automation engineer.
• Multi-agent orchestration patterns (supervisor/worker, planner/executor, hierarchical routing).
• Agentic security and prompt injection mitigation experience.
• Enterprise SaaS integration experience (Salesforce, AEM, ERP systems).
