Insight Global’s client is seeking an Accounting Assistant for a 3 month contract in Alpharetta, GA. Our client is a nationwide junk removal and hauling service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process high-volume transactions (250–300 weekly) with strong accuracy and attention to detail
• Review, approve, and execute payments
• Support invoicing efforts ensuring proper documentation and tracking
• Reconcile registers and review transactions for accuracy and completeness
• Import bills into internal systems, match to purchase orders, and route for approval
• Maintain organized workflows to ensure timely and accurate financial processing

Required Skills & Experience
• 2+ yrs accounting support
• Experience working within an expense/spend management platform: ramp, brex, or bill.com
• Quickbooks Online
• High attention to detail processing high volume of transactions
• Tech Savvy and comfortable with automated processes
